Jax Supercross

After the Checkered flag...

Been training and getting back in the water this week, but still have the bite from last weeks supercross. Decided to give my friend Ashley Fiolek a Shout and see if her crew was headed up for the race. They were, so I decided to meet up with them at their compound in St. Augustine, and caravan up to the race. I love the Fiolek family, and Jim and I get along awesome, so we had a blast the whole night, sitting back as Ashley's practice mechanic drove the van of us to and from the stadium. The race was wild, to say the least. James Stewart crashed and had to be stretchered off in the main, while points leader Villapoto didn't even Qualify. Really cool however watching Trey Canard win, and dedicate it to his father who passed away from a tractor accident while working on Trey's practice track. Ended the night with an awesome little bonfire and some good drinks back at Jim's property. Can't wait to do it again.....

The best the Jags stadium has ever looked....

Daytona Supercross

Stewart with the Holeshot

Went to the Daytona Supercross this past weekend. Pretty inspiring watching the top guys push each other so hard until the checkered flag. Can't say much more that already hasn't been said about James Stewart, but if you ever get the chance to watch him race in person its pretty mind-blowing. Although he suffered a really bad crash in the main event, he definitely stole the show that night, eventual winner Ryan Villopoto was pretty legit as well... All in all a great night out with my brother, Rob Snow, and Lindsey Jacobellis.

Fun times at home...

Busch Gardens with Rob, Bida, and Lindsey

So this has been the longest time I have been home In probably a couple years. I have been Rehabbing a torn ligament in my ankle, and training 3-5 days a week. Definitely in the best shape of my life, but can't credit this all to time in the gym. Having Lindsey come for a visit between her World Cup events has been keeping me active and venturing into things Florida has to offer, that I rarely take advantage of...
